Do you think women shave their legs in order to look more feminine? If you do, then why is it that most men in western society shave their facial hair? Are they ashamed of their masculinity?

Yes, I know it makes me feel more feminine. I don't think men shave because they are ashamed, its just a form of cleanliness.

The thing is though! IF women are meant to have hairy legs then does shaving them make you more feminine? Oooh interesting! I do shave mine though! I think men shave for other reasons than being ashamed of their masculinity!

i shave sometimes because of what other people will think of me with hairy legs. during the winter when i wear dark tights, i don't shave. it's a huge pain the butt and the hair doesn't bother me. i think beards are sexy but the church congregation i attend with my husband will sternly frown upon facial hair on men that goes beyond a moustache... i wouldn't mind if my man looked like grizzly adams but kept it trimmed.

Yes ! I think women shave to look more feminine.As a man , I can tell you the reason I shave my face. I feel and look better clean shaven. On me, a beard just looks plain nasty. On top of that, my beard is as course as wire, yet my skin is very sensitive , and is easily irritated if my beard grows out too much. It's really just a matter of personal preference and personal taste. Besides all that, my wife prefers me with a baby soft face versus a face full of wire.My shaving keeps us both happy ; )

I suppose some women shave their legs to look more feminine. I do it just to get all those damn rashes...not really. It just feels better in a way, lol. I heard something about that if you have kids and have facial hair on a guy...like a mustache, beard, etc you bring bad luck to your kids. Well, that's what my dad though, lol. Some just don't like hair on your chin/face.
