At a drug store I worked at, they sent around spies to check that you asked "Would you like an alternator with that?", and if you passed you got an "I'm a Perry People Pleaser!" button. Plus other faux-cheery ones... I threw them out. Thankfully I quit just before they changed the uniform from zip-up jacket-like smocks to poncho-like things where your head went through in a hole in the top and on the sides you snapped the front to the back.

When I worked for Picture People we had to wear silly buttons. Everyone thought is was pretty cool, though. My best freind from that job was very 'Brain' with many more than the required peices of flair.

My brother worked at TGI-Fridays and they did actually call it flair (Fridays is the restraunt that Flingers is modeled after)
