I think you should pay more attention to the content of what you eat rather than just saying you have a low intake. Also, too low of an intake can throw your body into starvation mode, where it reduces energy consumption to cope with low levels of caloric and mineral intake.

There are no quick solutions. Take time to exercise. If you are not exercising your intake should be really low. You have to speed up your metabolism..get some calorie burning muscle on you.

There is always time to exercise. Running only takes 30 minutes out of every day, if you work it into your schedule correctly. Just roll out of bed half an hour early, pull on some tennis shoes, run for 25 minutes, then continue your day. About your diet, your metabolism has probably adapted to your low intake of food, and now saves every calorie because it knows that it won't get any more. Switch it up a little now and then. Also pay more attention to the quality and content of what you're eating, not the quantity. Green tea and other commercially advertised weight-controllers are not miracle drugs. They do not work as well as they imply. I would highly suggest running 30 minutes every morning, it is the best way to lose/control weight.

You cant take out 15 mins a day for running? Stop using excuses. There is no way to lose weight if you don't want to exercise!!

That's your problem right there, you are not eating enough. When you don't eat enough your body goes on alert and holds everything it takes in. What you need to do is eat small meals 5-6 times a day. Eat whole wheat carbs and lots of fruits and veggies. Get a good balance of fats and protein also. Stay away from fake sugars, they make you crave the real stuff and that makes you go over board with the sweets. When you have a craving, give in to it, but not a lot. There is no miracle way to lose weight.

You need to control your proportions. 5 small meals a day. Nothing too fattening. Ya gotta TRY and do some cardio.
