How can you quickly recover from a hangover the next morning when you are at work?

It depends how much has been drunk the night before! I don't drink much if I have work the next day in general.

I do oj and greasy food...usually works. Heard eggs are great for a hangover! Also, when you go out drinking, try that Chaser stuff...it really works, but you have to remember to take it every few drinks!
