  • Yes I do , we are the ones who make bad choices and I agree it is terrible these days
  • No I do not believe in a God, one of the reasons why is because the world is such a bad place!
  • I don't believe in god but I used to... and the reason that god mad the world such a terrible place. well first lets thank Eve for screwin us in the begin and because the god that I knew had a sence of humor... somtimes it was sick
  • I do believe in God. I don't think He wants the world to be a terrible place, but He gives us free wills, the choices we make are our own. It's people who make the world a terrible place to live with the crime. Regarding sickness and poverty, I do not understand that. I'm striving to understand that, myself. In the meantime, I just try to live life to the best of my potential and make it as decent as possible for myself and those around me.
  • The Christian understanding is that: 1) there is a God 2) The reason why the world is a terrible place is because humans have rejected God as Ruler by trying to run our lives our own way.
  • I do believe in God. I believe that: 1) the world was not made bad 2) humans were put in this world to rule it justly under God's authority, 3) they rejected His authority (=sin), which brought about a horrific reversal against nature (causing the sicknesses and disasters we have) against each other (which includes every dispute from wars down to arguments) and worst of all against God (which meant death, both physical and eternal 4) God did not want that to continue, but, to rectify it, the rejection/rebellion/disobedience had to be paid for by a perfect sacrifice. Christ's death solved the rift between God and humanity. THe other two will be solved when Christ comes a second time. 5)In the meantime, God is waiting for the time when no one else will turn to Him before destroying the world and starting again. 6) this means that, for a time, there will be suffering, and it will be indiscriminate as all the egos in the world collide, but He has assured us, it will end.
  • I do believe in God and I think the reason the world is such a terrible place is because of sin. We have the choice not to sin, but we do anyway. What does that say about us, never mind God? Anyway, yeah, ... I really don't think it's God's fault that we choose to sin. After all, we do have the choice not to. Maybe it's his way of showing us that we need a Saviour because of how wicked the world is. Anyway, I could be completely wrong about all of my beliefs, so if anyone disagrees with me, please remember that I do know that you are entitled to your own opinion and I do know that I might be wrong.
