I think I do and I get about 6 1/2 to 7 hours a night. More than that is too much and less is not enough.

I sleep about 6 to 6 1/2 hrs. a night on average. This is usually enough for me.

I get anywhere between 3 and 5 hours. Is it enough I do not know but it has always been this way for me.

I get roughly eight hours a night, but even then I still feel like I could use a few more hours once the alarm goes off. Usually on the weekends when I don't have to work I go to bed around 2 or 3 in the morning and sleep till about 11 AM

I get about 6 1/2 to 8 hrs of sleep. The most I have ever had was 18 hrs and that is when I was really exhausted. What a headache I got when I woke up.

I need more sleep! I get about 5-6 hours per night. On the occassions that I get 7-8 hours I feel awesome, full of energy and considerably more patient with my kids. One of these days we will be on the same schedule!

i avg. about 2 to 4 hours on the days that i work and then the days tha i am off i get about 6 but i am soo tired because i cant catch up on the hours that i missed when i worked

I feel better after 6 hours slepp the longer i sleep the worst i fel and i will get tired earlier within the evening
