I like to take boneless chicken breasts and soak them in Italian dressing all night the night before and grill them on the smoker with either apple or mesquite wood. Or you can just put them right on a George Forman grill, that works too.

Dig a hole....fill with rocks...light a fire on top of rocks....allow to burn down....remove wood....wrap chicken in foil and place amongst hot rocks...leave for 4 hours then eat :o)

in a stir fry or in a peanut sauce

Adobo Heat a pan of water to boiling. Add onions, garlic, ginger and chicken. Any piece will do, but my preference is the wingettes. Cook for an hour. About halfway through cooking time, add vinegar and soy sauce to your heart's content. Let it continue to cook.
