If you are not a qualified mechanic, i would take your vehicle to a Toyota dealer or a certified mechanic. Changing the timing belt is not an easy job. the engine most likely will have to be lifted out. the water pump should also be changed, at the same time. this will save you money, if the pump goes out and you have to do this all over again. Toyotas are precision automobiles. it does not take much to make a big mistake. let a mechanic do it.
