yes you can. Pregnancy tests are 99% accurate, but my understanding is that if the test comes back positive then there is no mistake. The 1% that they are inaccurate will usually manifest itself by producing a negative result, when in fact it is positive.

IT DONT MATTER HOW MANY HOME TEST U TAKE, IF U MISS A PERIOD U R MOST LIKELY PREGNANT U CAN GET A NEG PREGNANCY TEST TODAY AND HAVE A KID TOMORROW, HOME TEST ARENT SHIT. THEY NEVER WORK, GO TO THE DOCS AND PAY 50$ FOR A BLOOD TEST THOSE ONES ARE ACCURATE!!!!

It COULD be wrong. It COULD be ectopic or chemicalor molar. It could be SEVERAL things, Hon'. I'd say trust your instict, pray, & then, give it one-week. If you have missed more than one period, get a QUALITATIVE, not a quantitative beta pregnancy test, from your doctor (They're expensive, though). Good-Luck! It's been 56-days (I'm EXACTLY 4-weeks late), so I am in the same boat. I know how you feel, Dear. ; ) Let's just pray & wait!
