If sulphuric acid attacks carbon steel @ 70% strength. Does this mean that it will attack carbon steel @ 96% strength also?

Logically I would say yes, however I Cant really ground this practically. I'd imagine that 96 % just changes composition, which means (unless the sulphuric acid is attacking an impurity which causes the 70% strength, and not present in 96% strength), that unless the 96% is coated in anti-sulphuric-acid substance as part of the nature of being stronger, it would still be susceptible
