It is a cumulative Data that AB knows and eventually shares with their partners. I do not heard about them making it public. thats impossible to tell because of AB privacy policy but I'd say some where between 18-30.

One way to get an idea would be to search for the multitude of questions that ask "How old are you" Then go through each of those, filter out any duplicate responses from users (same user, different question), and get your average from that. However, that doesn't take into account people that skip that question, people that don't see that question etc etc.

Median age about 32. I'm an old fart at 59, well outside the bell curve. I see a lot of posts from obviously mature thinkers, but I know that can be misleading because I have worked recently with High School kids and they can be surprisingly mature these days, unlike when I was growing up and we were all useless jerks.

Most of the ABers I talk to on here are 25 and higher.. only a couple are in there late teens/early 20s.

Like rdrainer, I am older than most here at a year younger than rd. I think the majority of ABers is probably around 30 although there are some obviously much younger high schoolers looking for homework answers judging from some of the questions I've seen!

Since we have a lot of young teens as well as people in their 60s it would be difficult to say without having a proper poll omn ages I woulf say late 20s early 30s but have no proof of this figure.

Now that school is out I'm sure there will be lots of the young ones ( age 14 to 17) and there are still lots of golden oldies ( like me) around. Anywhere from 14 (which is how old you need to be here)to into the late 60's.

I think that is dependant on which subject you are browsing. You can usually tell by the lingo. ....I've only been on here a couple of days and this is what I have noticed. No matter though, I have already made one teenager very happy with a piece of advice. We are one big family and we can learn off of each other ,thats what families do ....dont they? By the way ,I'm a young 64.

I think the youngest member is about 13 and the oldest is about 71. If that's accurate then the median age is about 42. Based on my guess that the membership distribution skews younger I think the average age might be about 35.

I dont know that i would put an average on it. From the times answered, to the content and formation of replies I'd bet there is a fair chunk of every age group visiting AB at different times/days.
