  • That was VERY out of line, and I would have said "No, I don't think so" and walked off. People are SO frickin rude sometimes! I'm sorry your friends got treated that way!
  • I would call and report him to his boss and if nothing is done then tell everyone you know to pass it around to not spend their hard earned money there. They deserve an apology at the very least but I would never frequent that joint again.
  • If he had said that to me, I would have immediately asked for a manager or the owner of the establishment. I might be too fat, but he's definitely too stupid to be working in public!
  • I'd ask to speak with his supervisor to get a second opinion...
  • I agree that that was a very rude, and out of line thing to say. But, if it is a privately owned business, they do have the choice and control as to who they let in and serve. The best recourse would be to advise people not to go there. It's too bad we don't know the name of the place! (making coughing sound)
  • That was extremely offensive and judgmental. I would have at least commented 'how rude!'. However - I do have to say I have gone to clubs in my younger days which did have a strict code enforced by the doorman where, if you weren't a 'somebody' you had to be 'one of the beautiful people'. I know, shallow, but I went wherever the party was!
  • well to make every situation good put a laugh in it i would sit on him. but anyway i would walk right in go into the managers office take a seat and start complaining sorry about your friends bad experience
  • They must of been in either NY or LA, and they were way out of order. It's a shame, but there is not a lot you can do. I've been to clubs in both places, and the bouncers are, for the most part, told to let only the "Beautiful People" in their place. But remember alot of times, what comes around goes around. And if it happened in my home town, I apologize for most New Yorkers.
