yes, crying is natural for any creature, just men try as not to cry as their lives depended on it to defend their small egos. i don't, i just don't cry that often.

I think anyone should be able to cry, gender shouldn't equate to the way you control your emotions.

It is not wrong, but I personally do not agree with that sentiment. We are all free to think what we want - although in my experience, those who can at least feel emotion are better able to communicate to those they love. There is nothing wrong with crying or not crying - we are all individual, but I would not think less of a man when he cried.
