Half of one once. Many years ago. I was sleepy even after waking up the next day. Never again.

Many times. I've always had a trouble with nerves. If there was an even the next day, I wouldn't be able to sleep at all. So sleeping pills were a must for me if I wanted to be able to function the next day.
