Hard to top those lists off!! Here are my additional choices: Janis Joplin Peter Gabriel (until 1994, at least) Don Henley (The Eagles) Jon Anderson (Yes) Billy Joel (before he actually lost his voice due to heavy drinking and smoking circa 1995) Joss Stone Timothy Smith (Eagles) BB King (in its own way) That's what I'd like to add, which is pretty encompassing.

There are many but right now my all time favourite is Alicia Keys, her voice is astonishingly good and really memorable in my opinion
-
Steve Perry from Journey. Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. If one has to be debated, let it be Tyler. Steve Perry does not deserve any debate. That deep/high a baritone has not been duplicated. The tragedy is he won't tour with Journey; they use standin's for him. Good, but not Steve!
-
I would immediately say Linda Ronstadt. She has one of the best singing voices ever. After all these years she can still pull off any song laid before her.
-

Love Donald Fagen. Grew up hearing his voice. Nora is SUPER talented. For me voices that stand out also would be Johnny Cash, Freddy Mercury (Queen), Steve Perry (Journey), Jimmy Buffet, Patsy Cline, Roger Waters (Pink Floyd), Debbie Harry, Roy Orbison, Neil Diamond, the artist formally known as Cat Stevens and just so many more. I could go on forever. I think that's one thing that contributes to a great artist. Is they have a sound like no other and they stand out, even if you can't put your finger on the name, you know the voice.
