Yahshua was not only Father Yahweh's son, but he was also anointed and appointed by Father Yahweh to reign as King for 1,000 years. The title 'MessiYAH' means 'anointed of Yahweh'. Simon Kepha [Peter] answered this question when Yahshua ["Jesus"] asked "But whom say you that I am?" (Mattithyah [Matthew] 16:15-16). Yahshua is the Messiah the son of the living Yahweh. Keep reading and find out what Yahshua's responce was to Kepha's answer! Yahweh Is Our Heavenly Ftaher And Creator, And Yahshua Is His Son http://www.freewebs.com/frank4yahweh/index.htm

I believe that Jesus was the son of God, the Messiah.

According to ACTS 2:22 Jesus was "a man approved of God." According to LUKE 7:16, LUKE 13:33, LUKE 24:19 and JOHN 4:19 he was a prophet. According to HQ 5:75 “The Messiah, son of Mary, was a messenger (Prophet of God).... (he) used to eat (earthly) food.” According to HQ 5:116 someone who denies ever claiming divinity “And when God saith: O Jesus, son of Mary! Didst thou say unto mankind: Take me and my mother for two gods beside God? he saith: Be glorified it was NOT MINE TO UTTER THAT TO WHICH I HAD NO RIGHT.” According to John 17:8-13 a Messenger pleading that he had been faithful to his duty “For I HAVE GIVEN UNTO THEM THE WORDS WHICH THOU GAVEST ME……….. WHILE I WAS WITH THEM IN THE WORLD, I KEPT THEM IN THY NAME……..… AND NOW COME I TO THEE” According to HQ 5:117 a Messenger pleading that he had been faithful to his duty “I SPAKE UNTO THEM ONLY THAT WHICH THOU COMMANDEDST ME, (saying) : Worship God, my Lord and your Lord. I WAS A WITNESS OF THEM WHILE I DWELT AMONG THEM, AND WHEN THOU TOOKEST ME Thou wast the Watcher over them.” HQ 10:68 reports that "They say: "God hath begotten a son!" - Glory be to Him! He is self- sufficient (has no need to do so)! His are all things in the heavens and on earth! No warrant have ye for this! say ye about God what ye know not?" To make it very clear HQ 112:3 declares that "He (God) begetteth not nor is He begotten"

I think he was the son of Mary and Joesph who was concieved during the betrothal phase of the marriage talks. That means after the engagement, but before the marriage when she was probely sent to live with Joesph's family to learn their ways and to make sure she would be a fit wife. This was not uncommon in those times. To me he was a very charasmatic and a good man, but no more then a man who was a prophet. I also think he was nothing more then a student of John the Baptist who if it was not for John's death would have fallen into obscurity. As one Jewish scholar said "He was a good man with some good ideas. None of them his own."

He is the son of Elohim. It would be nice if people would just wake up. God is a word the translators used when the King James Bible was written. God is a word the translators chose because it is a simple three letter word that the literate and illiterate people of the times could understand. Its symbolic. The translators just grouped all of Elohim's Names into one word. GOD. It solved the problem of using different wordss, instead of just one word. Now we have college graduates and people who did research to know that God really means many different words, many different names. We dont need to stay with the mind of the early king james bible readers. We can use the sacred names. Names that signify all the characteristics of Elohim. Using the word GOD is undignified, for the level of education we have today.

A pretty cool, ordinary guy.
-
He was just a man with some interesting ideas. It was later generations that turned him into far more than he ever was or could be.
-
A man, just a man. A very charismatic man and orator, but just a man.

I do believe that there was a historical man around whom the Jesus myth arose. The Jesus myth incorporated ideas and themes from many myths, including the dying and resurrecting Deity motif. (See also: Osiris, Horus, Krishna, etc.) This man was the son of Deity in the same way that we are all children of Deity. I believe that Jesus was Divine in the same way that we are all Divine, but no more than that. I think many of the teachings of Jesus are worthwhile, and I respect them. They are not original or unique to Jesus, though. You asked, and I answered.

A lot of people throughout history have a way to become famous and stick out for what they've done or even said, there are countless examples. Maybe Jesus stuck out more because for once, he wasn't some warlord or invading tyrant. Might have been an excellent mediator or charmer, and people most likely did believe he was the son of God, but I think he was just a distinct man who managed to influence others, or was just abnormally compassionate and caring. Maybe he was very wise and intelligent, ahead of his time, who really knows. Evolution itself may hint at what I'm trying to say. If Mother Teresa had been born back then, she might have been ''Jesus''. If Jesus was born today, he wouldn't be the son of God. But today, we do have a bit more knowledge about things then we did back then, so we don't automatically dump everything as supernatural, or single out specific and seemingly unconventional traits as something more then simply human. A lot of people go unseen, and I'm sure a lot of people could have been Jesus, but there's also historical evolution and matters of circumstance to consider. Maybe he was a bit more then others, I fall under the same assumption spree then anyone else because he's not someone we can meet aside from The Bible or other historical remnants that may tell of Jesus and how he was, but I certainly don't believe he turned water into beer or cured the blind. The Bible may say so, but with someone who stuck out for whatever reason, and so long ago, things do get blown out of proportion through ignorance and time, and it doesn't help if Jesus was a man with a mental illness who told everyone he was the son of God. Just my take on it though, as I don't believe in God.

The Lord come to earth to minister to our needs. Jesus is God.

There is no difference between Jesus and God. And I can prove that to you with scripture. 1. In Titus 2:13 Paul says he is looking for the appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. This sounds like Paul is talking about two seperated beings, but that isn't true. 2. Now look at Isaiah 43:11 God says that there is no saviour beside him, not (besides him) next to him. This also takes care of the statement that Jesus standing on the right hand of God. 3. And in 1John 5:20 it clearly states Jesus Christ and God.
-
Seven Points you clearly don't know what you are talking about because I can show you in the Bible where you so called college graduates don't know anything when it comes to God's word. In the book of Matthew 11:25 Jesus clearly says that he has hidden these things from the WISE and PRUDENT. Wouldn't you call these so called college graduates the WISE and PRUDENT? That's the reason they can't see the things of God.

If you really want an answer to your question about the devinity of Jesus, then here goes. The Trinity Trinity (definition) – That the Father, the Son (Jesus), and holy ghost are all together god, each eternal, each almighty, and none greater of less than the other. The belief that Jesus Christ is god, is based on the idea of the trinity. But if you take a look at the history of this teaching: First the word trinity or the teaching is never found in the bible. Also the Encyclopaedia Britannica says that the belief of the trinity or that Jesus was god or was part of god did not even exist until two to three hundred years after the death of Jesus. The Encyclopedia Americana says - “Fourth century Trinitarianism was a deviation from early Christian teaching.” This teaching was adopted into “Christianity” from pagan religions from Egypt, Babylon, from Hinduism, and even from the philosopher Plato that taught the trinity belief 400 years before Jesus. Finally the trinity became the central teaching of the church not because of the bible but because of the order of the Roman Emperor Constantine who was pagan himself. He really couldn’t care less about bible teachings but only wanted to end the debate between church leaders to keep unity in his kingdom. After he made that decision in the year 381, anyone that openly disagreed with the trinity were violently persecuted or killed with the permission of the church. Back to the Scriptures After that history lesson In reading the bibles record of Jesus, Jesus never claimed to be God or any part of God. Everything he said about himself indicated that he did not consider himself equal to God in any way – not in power, not in knowledge, or age. The bible calls Jesus “the only-begotten Son” of God (John 1:14; 1 John 4:9) - First off, John 1:18 – “No man has seen God at any time…” (The bible says no man has ever seen god but thousands saw and interacted with Jesus during his earthly life.) - God has no beginning and no end. Psalms 90:2 – “…even from time indefinite to time indefinite you are God.” But the bible says that Jesus was “the firstborn of all creation.” (Colossians 1:15) Also see (Revelation 3:14) Unlike God, Jesus was created and had a beginning. - Notice another scripture. When a man came to fall at Jesus’ feet and then called him “Good Teacher”, Jesus said to him at Mark 10:17, 18 “Why do you call me good? Nobody is good, except one, God.” (If Jesus himself was god would that statement make any sense? Jesus always directed any praise to god, not to himself.) - John 14:28 – “The Father is greater than I.” (Jesus talking) - 1 Corinthians 11:3 - “…the head of every man is Christ, the head of a woman is her husband, and the head of Christ is God.” (The bible always talks of God of being superior in power to Jesus.) - Philippians 2:6 – “…Jesus Christ, who, although he was existing in God’s form (as a spirit in heaven) gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God.” - Also 1 Timothy 2:5 Says that the disciples viewed Jesus as the “one mediator between God and men,” not as God himself. A mediator is obviously someone separate from those who need mediation, not part of one of the two parties that need mediation. ---That’s just a short list of the many accounts since I did want to make this to long--- But the bible is clear and consistent about the relationship of God to Jesus. Jesus Christ always distinguishes himself from God and showed that he never desired to be seen or worshipped as god. That he only wished to do the will of his father. Consider Psalms 83:18 – “That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the most high over all the earth.” Isaiah 12:2 – “Look! God is my salvation. I shall trust and be in no dread; for Jah Jehovah is my strength and my might, and he came to be the salvation of me.” Jesus stressed the importance of his father’s name at John 17:26 – “I have made your name known to them and will make it known.” Even in Jesus model prayer: - Matthew 6:9 – “YOU must pray, then, this way: “Our Father in the heavens let your name be sanctified…” Another thing Many people don’t know that when they say Hallelujah, it means “praise Jah” short for Jehovah. Even Jesus’ name itself means “Jehovah is Salvation” The mother of the prophet Moses was named Jochebed, which means “Jehovah Is Glory” The prophet Joel in the bible, his name means, “Jehovah is God” The prophet Elijah in the bible name means “My God Is Jehovah” Isaiah’s name means “Salvation of Jehovah” Hezekiah, Josiah, Nehemiah, Obadiah, Zechariah and Zephaniah all are well-known Bible names whose meanings involve Jehovah, or Jah, the shorter poetic form of Jehovah’s name. Even many people’s names today have Jehovah in their meaning: Johnson means “Jehovah has favored” The name Jonathan means, “Jehovah has given” Joshua means, “Jehovah is salvation” or “Jehovah rescues” Jacqueline, Jackie, Jacquelyn, John and Jack means, “Jehovah has been gracious” Chanya means “The Grace of Jehovah” Kayla means “Jehovah has given” Joey means "Jehovah increases" Jesse means “Jehovah exists” Jeremiah and Jeremy means “appointed by Jehovah” Josiah means “Jehovah supports” Joe or Joesph means “May Jehovah give increase” Jane, Jan, Janelle, Janet, Janice, Janie, Janine, Joan, Joanne, Jodie, Joni, Jonie, Joanna, Johannah all are variations that mean “Jehovah is gracious” One last thing: Also remember that “god” is not a name, it’s a title. Just like “boy” or “king”, “God” and “Lord” are titles, “God” is anything you choose to worship. Your money can be your “God”, your possessions can be a “God”, but the only God the bible points to is Jehovah, God’s name. ---Explanation of pictures--- -The "Christian" Trinity was just a pagan befief that was incorporated into the church hundreds of years after Christ. The pictures are of the Hundu trinity, then the ancient Egyptian trinity, and finally the "Christian" trinity. -An ancient painting of the scene in Nicaea when Emperor Constantine made his decision-

This wisest thing one can do to anwser this question is to go along with what Father Yahweh's inspired words says who Yahshua ["Jesus"] is. Scripture reveals that that Yahshua is the Messiah the son of the living Yahweh. Yahshua said that it was not flesh and blood that had made this known to Kepha ["Peter"], but that it was Father Yahweh Himself Who had. And Yahshua answered and said unto him, Blessed are thou, Simon Son od Yahnah: for flesh and blood has not revealed [this] unto you, but my Father which is in heaven (Yahchanan Mark 16:70). Nowhere in Scripture will you find it revealed that Yahshua was Yahweh ["God"]. Simple logic is that one can not be his own Father. As to "wise and prudent", it all depends on where your wisdom and prudence is directed. You are not obseving the words "wise and prudent" according to context of Scripture. There is certainly nothing wrong with being wise and prudent in accordance with Father Yahweh's inspired word. Yahshua was giving reference to the worldly wise {"[them that are] wise in their own eyes"} and prudent {"in their own sight"} in the passage of Mattithyah [Matthew] 11:25. The fruit of the righteous [is] a tree of life; and he that winneth souls [is] wise (Proverb 11:30). Woe unto [them that are] wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! (Isayah 5:21) Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools ... (Romans 1:22). TWO WISDOMS: This wisdom descendeth not from above, but [is] earthly, sensual, devilish (Yaaqob [James] 3:15). But the WISDOM THAT IS FROM ABOVE is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, [and] easy to be intreated, full of mercy and righteous fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy (Yaaqob [James 3:17). For your obedience is come abroad unto all [men]. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is righteous, and simple concerning evil (Romans 16:19). The way of a fool [is] right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel [is] wise (Proverb 12:15). Following are are just a few Scriptural examples [KJV] of being wise and prudent as a righteous path to follow as opposed to being a simple fool and being deceived. A prudent [man] foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished (Proverb 22:3). House and riches [are] the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife [is] from Yahweh (Proverb 19:14). The wisdom of the prudent [is] to understand his way: but the folly of fools [is] deceit (Proverb 14:8). Every prudent [man] dealeth with knowledge: but a fool layeth open [his] folly (Proverb 13:16). The simple believeth every word: but the prudent [man] looketh well to his going (Proverb 14:15). Wise [men] lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish [is] near destruction (Proverb 10:14). In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips [is] wise (Proverb 10:19). The following passage from the Proverbs is in reference to wisdom that one gets from Father Yahweh as opposed to worldly wisdom: GET WISDOM, get understanding: FORGET [it] NOT; neither decline from the words of My mouth (Proverb 4:5). Note that the Book of Proverbs are directions [wisdoms] for the wise. Yahweh Only Wise: To Yahweh only wise, [be] glory through Yahshua Messiah for ever (Romans 16:27a). I am a Muslim and I believe in Jesus (Peace be upon him) as one of the greatest messenger of God. Please follow the link below to see one of the answers on him being son of God or not. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2J2sF476ok

We are all the children of god.
-
If he existed, which I think is likely, he was a teacher and an enlightened man.
-
I am a firm believer that God created Heaven and the Universe(s). He has placed a multitude of teachers on the Earth to guide mankind. So Jesus, like Buddah and others, was a a great teacher and should be shown the respect of any great teacher who leads humanity to the respect the wonders of God and the creations therein.
-
IF (and that's a big IF)he even existed I would say he was nothing more than an evangelist.
-
I think he was the son of Mary and possibly Joseph. If he wasn't Joseph's son, I think it is a great showing of character that Joseph still took Mary in anyway (but I'm pretty sure it was his). I think he was spiritually intelligent and greatly connected with the energies in nature around us. I think he had a better grasp on magic than many others did or do and that, considering the scientific and philosophical information around back then, most people would assumed that his abilities were divinely inspired (as all of our magic still is today, but they just didn't take it right I guess).
-
i think everyone is a child of god. he's just the first to claim it and have others beleive him.
-
HE was the Son of God and the son of man/Mary....and also God HIMSELF...isn't that Amazing !!:)justme
-
He was a prophet not unlike Muhammad (PBUH) or Moses or Abraham.
-
Two main options (for me). 1. He was a charismatic and enthusiastic preacher and healer who lived around that time and may well have said many of the things attributed to him and 'healed' people too - there were many of those guys around in those times. Or 2. He never existed as one man. 'He' may be a construct with teachings taken from various places and brought together. Generally I go with the first option.

A fictional character created by the Jews to remove occult knowledge from the Gentile population.

If Jesus is the "son of God" he has a hell of a lot of older brothers and sisters and even more nephews and nieces. It would have been lovely if "Jesus" had of written something down so we could at least determine who he thought he was. Unfortunately, all there is is hear-say.

FALSE PROPHET!!!!!!!!!!! . Jesus did "die" for us. He was persecuted for being a false prophet. It not like showed up and said, I'm here to die for you. No. . He was arrested and killed. . Read the old testament. God even warned us about a false prophet who could perform miracles. God said he would give that false prophet the powers to do so. In order to "test" our faith. God then told us that the false prophet would be killed.
