If everything you owned, (posessions) was being taken away from you, except for one thing that you could keep, ? what would you keep and why would you keep THAT?

My pet rat, because technically, although alive, she is still a possession seeing as I paid for her, adn I love her far too much, she'd be the only thing that I'd truly miss. x

My novel. It's priceless to me. They can take my computer, my bed, my TV and my video games, and my money, my furinture, and everything else. But my story that I'm still writing seems like my life is put there.

Excluding my house and my dog... I would keep my laptop. Because with it, I could research, write, and work to produce an income to replace all the other material things. I could watch movies online, listen to music, communicate with friends and family, shop etc.

My piano. It was handed down to me, and the inspiration for my interest in music. My grandparents bought it for my mother, and it was given to me on my 4th birthday. It's a beautiful Wurlitzer spinet with a wooden sounding board. It's got aethestic and sentimental value to me. And, I love to play it. I can't imagine not having it.

well, money. because if you think about it, money can buy anything except love, and that i hope i have and love isn't a possession... if money doesn't 'count', then i would keep my house, providing that 'counts', because i have a shelter to keep me safe. i.e. safety.

My wedding ring, because of all it stands for. I would live under a tree with my husband, if I had to.

the family bible. alot of family information in there.

are pets possesions? if so, i'd have to take my kitty because he love him so. in fact, some days, he's the only thing that puts a smile on my face. he's been through some rough times in my life with me... more so than some people i know.

Shot gun or shoes. I'd need both to hunt with but I could get ove the shoes I guess. Shot gun it is.

I don't get attached to material posessions so I would have to say one of my dresses because I would want to be covered once all of my stuff was gone...
