straighten your leg out while you sit on a step and get someone to jump on your leg and your leg shuud be broke :)

errm my mate broke her leg by jumping over a goal post it is a less painfull option it hurts like hell but not as much as getin hit by a car
i hope that helped but jumping over a goal post u need to land on your leg twisted
