Yes, contact a lawyer now. Unless he never consummated his marriage or there was fraud involved, he's not going to be able to get an annulment, and will need to get a divorce.

I would go talk to the court clerk (the same person who issues marriage lienses). In many states your marriage is void if a spouse is already married. Thus, you don't have to file for annulment. Oregon may be different, but I doubt it. The clerk should be able to direct you.

He's ALREADY in trouble. A lawyer can help without getting him thrown in prison. The local court would probably report him and get him jailed.
