Wintertime I think. We sometimes have to run heat lamps for animals or pipes and plants. During the summer we don't have AC to pay for and we run ceiling fans all year. What really gets expensive is our Propane bill for hot water and under floor heat.

Summer. And I'm guessing that's because people, as a whole, can't tolerate the heat as well as they can the cold.

Much higher in the summer, sometimes more than double the winter months bills.

Electric heat, so it is higher in the winter. The ac gets it up a bit in the summer, but not quite as high. I try to keep everything off from April through June and September through November.

Pretty much the same. Air Conditioner and Swimming Pool make up for what I loose using heat in the winter.
