Nothing. They don't care about your situation....and you would be costing them money if they hired you now. Not only will they have to pay you while you are off work on maternity leave (even if it is through their benefits package),but they will have to pay a replacement too. If you were in their situation, you would not hire you either.

You can pay for private insurance through Blue Cross, Kaiser, or some other insurance company.

if you get hired as a customer service rep at t-mobile you get insurance (that will cover labor and delivery) after three months. and they'll hire you even if you are pregnant. my friend just recently did that!
