Control panel gives the option to view hidden files under the folder options icon.

Right click start button, explore, tools, folder options, There’s a radio button to select whether or not you want to see hidden files. I don’t recommend doing these kinds of things unless you have well establish computer skills.

Start/Contron Panel/Folder Options/ click on View tab, go to Hidden files and folders, choose "show hidden files & folders" however as cjbrown mentioned do not delete any of these files as some of them are critical to run your computer.

Have u installed any drivers resently if yes. remove that. follow the below step: gpedit.msc User configuration Administrative templates windows components windows explorer (click on it) "you will find there remove the folder option menu item from tools menu" double click it Click on Enabled click on apply -> than OK Than again open it Click on "Not configured" click on apply -> than OK That should do it Regards Milind

buddy ur computer has infected by virus so u wll not find any folder option in control pannel as well as in tool options. so try to run it on safe mode and run ur system restore wizard or d best is to get it format

You can scan your computer by scan.exe file or Kinza.exe file
