4 weeks isn't really long enough to really notice, what you need to be doing is weights, lots of squats with weights over your shoulders, lunges hugging a weight etc. It will define your thighs and give you nice muscle tone. It will help with the gap for sure :)
Gap between the legs - classic sign of femininity. No gap between legs - may be a boy, check for bulge. That is perfectly normal for a woman: don't worry about it.
Trust me, you'll miss it after it is gone. Continue to work your hamstrings and quadracepts.
dont get rid of the gap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the gap on women. it is my one weakness in looking at women. i see a gap and i have to look.
The leg gap is a HUGE turn on. My wife use to have one before she started drinking Starbucks Mochafraps. I wish that I could give you her thighs that touch together and take that gap off of your hands LOL! Be happy that you are not overweight like most women in America. It would be nice to see a picture of it LOL. Seriously though, just work out your legs with weights to develop them. If your man doesn't like the gap, belief me there are plenty of men that do.

You are lucky to be thin! Try protein powder drinks and lots of thigh exercises. Inner and outer thigh machines on higher weight for lower reps should be beneficial.
Try the sissor machine at the gym....the target area is the inner thighs....dont just limit it to that though...work you entire legs but the sissor machine will help you get rid of those gaps...;)

If you are a woman don't even worry about it. Men go nuts over it, for Obvious reasons.
Do bulk muscle building excersizes that are thigh orientated. Aerobics teachers (a lot of them) and rugby players have chunky upper legs due to the muscle bulk there.
no try to work it out. im trying to work it out bcuz hateee hatee hatee having a gappp. men only seem to b interested in girls without an uglyyy gap girl who have more meat on their legs with bigger thighs and a small weist. try eating lots of protein nd healthy stuff thats what im trying
stop working out, eat alot, lay around, and get fat?
then systematically loose weight.... thigh weight is hard to loose. and then you can say you were fat once, and girls will stop judging you. downside? you have to be fat first. but you seem like you have the stamina and motivation to loose it if you want to.
Why would you hate that? That can be really cute. I certainly like it... =)

Please don't, take a picture from behind or form the front in jeans, shorts, underwear or bikini and you will read what all guys have to say, it is the SEXIEST thing ever, a sign of a woman, you will be very please with the answers as you have already read in her. Most fat girls or girls with thunde thighs hate their legs rubbing together and the girls who have a gap look sexy, hot, fantastic!!
Don't worry about it, but if you must, wear skirts and dresses and avoid skin tight jeans. There will be a day you will miss being thin.
Are you joking? I'm dying to get a gap right now, I'm REALLY active but since I have SO MUCH muscle in my upper thighs and there's a thin layer of fat on top like there is everyone in the body, I look fatter then I am.
The gap is beautiful, it gives you more shape. You'll wish you had it back, if you ever lose it. Trust me. Being lean is rare, and beautiful.
Gap is great, but unfortunately under-rated making it very hard to find picture or video examples on the net.
Gap is however popular enough to have a website dedicated to it called gaplovers - www.gaplovers.com. You can submit your own gap or other examples you have found.
So if your fit, please don't get rid of the gap until you document it for others to see in a nice tight set of pants.

Its easy and symple you might have to do this everyday till it stays
1.Get a pillow and put it inbetween your legs were your knees are on and put your legs together so the pillow stays
2.slowly bend your knees and come back up (make shure the pillows still there)
3.repeat this untill you want to stop

You're reading I have a gap between my legs and i HATE it.. how can i make it less visible? should i even bother working out that area? ive been tryin for like a month now but nothin changed and i dont want to make it any bigger :X advice?
