  • Create a series of slides for each page of points, adding a point to each successive page. A click brings up the next slide but it appears to have added only the next point. It's an easy operation, but if you screw up an item in the middle of the page and then proceed to propagate that page for subsequent points, you may have to redo the series from the point of the screw-up to the end of the page unless you have a well-planned layout in advance.
  • In the Animation section on the right hand side, set the Transition to "Appear". Remember to do this for all the slides (i.e select them all in the presentation view or whatever) - if that is what you want. (or, of course, you can set it to lots of other zany ways of coming in - not usually a good idea).
  • Go the the Slide Show menu and choose Slide Transition - check the 'On Mouse Click' option and clear the 'Automatic' option and then click 'Apply to All'. Next go the the Slide Show menu and choose Set Up Show - in the 'Show Type' section choose 'Presented by Speaker' and in the 'Advance Slides' section choose 'Manually'. Depending on your version of Powerpoint the menus and dialog boxes may be a litle different to the way I've described.
