Unconstitutional and a violation of the right to life liberty (privacy) and the pursuit of happiness. If I was an elected official, I could even be president too as I am proud to admit based upon age, I would veto this law in a New York Second. the government has no right to know where I go as a foreign national abroad. It is total BS

If we can track people under debris and know the medical history of an unconscious person for emergency treatment, it should be good. If its benefits are more than its cons, i will vote for it.
