Yes, you are correct, white girls have big butts (especially if they are fat). However, having attended a high school where whites were in the minority, it is my observation that many of the black women who were not overweight had to buy pants of a larger size and take them in to fit their proportions. They spoke of this trouble.

I don't think that's true. I've seen far more black women with huge butts for their size. I've never seen a teeny tiny white girl with a big butt, but i've seen a lottttt of really small waisted black women with HUGE behinds. Don't get me wrong, if we're not talking about big women, but just women with big butts for their size, I've seen many white women with the so called "ghetto booty." but i've def seen MORE black women.

I'm just gonna throw this out there. I was at the DMV three weeks ago, and I saw a woman with the most obstrusive ass I have ever seen. I mean, it was like, if you look at her profile, there are two ninety degree angles where her butt begins and ends. Everything else looked perfectly in proportion, 'cept for that huge ass. And she definetly wasn't white, or even Filipina or anything. She was definitly black.

Okay, I'm late on this, so I'm just shooting this out there. I don't think it's just on TV, it's for real. Black women traditionally have larger booties. I don't think that's a bad thing. I've actually finally learned to accept mine. There's a book called the Butt Book by Tosca Reno, and in that book she definitely declares that African-American women have big butts. Now, I don't think that's a stereotype. Check out African women and you will know that it's not. Because African-American women have and normally are mixed to a certain degree with other genetics, then their butts aren't as definitive as the African woman's. Although there are white women with "black girl Butt," it's still nothing like African women, or a "true sistuhs" booty. As far as the other statement of anatomy, well, I stay in my race, so I can only speak for the darker hued men, and I don't have any complaints. The other women that I know that prefer to date on my side don't have any problems with it either, which might be why the percentages of interratial dating and marriages are up so high... Just a thought... My understanding is that most of these stereotypes weren't begun by African-Americans, but White Americans in an attempt to embarrass and humiliate them during slavery. Now, people are actually having surgery to get a booty, lying in tanning booths to get darker and taking injections to get bigger lips. Who would have thunk that there was admiration instead of hatred?????

White girls, by the nature of their own race, are wider at their heaps whereas black women, by their racial characteristic standard, have butts with much more roundness and size sometimes in disproportion with their upper body. White women have big butts but from what Ive seen they are usually flabby with little or no tone. They are often wide and flat where my butt for instance is high and round with wide hips and my butt is mostly muscle so its firm but not hard I guess thats the difference. I'm 34 years old. Most of the white women I've seen growing up were flat in the back. You had a few fine ones. But now it is crazy! You see white girls with big butts all over the place. Being an African American man that loves shapely women I know this to be true. I just feel that white women that are predisposed to having big butts are tired of trying to please society and are embracing their true selves. I'm not saying overweight is sexy and I'm not saying it isn't. No matter what a woman weighs, if she is put together the right way she should be proud.

I am a Black man, and have been with both black and white women. I saw white women with big butts, but they were normally fat. I also saw fat and small black sisters, but normally big butts comes with the equipment. Yes, there are some black women with small flat butts, but it is a norm for white women. As for men, penises comes in many sizes. Take your pick.

If you are black or white woman with a small waist and your booty sticks out from a side view...then you most likely have a big butt. Many white women describe a wide butt as being big. Many black women describe that as being fat. A big butt to most blacks is more about the side view. Does it stick out...pertrude? I have been faked out many times by women (especially white) who from the back seem to have big butt (curvy hips)...then you see them from a side angle and the butt disappears. It's truly a question of genetics. I'll pose this this to you all for a sec. White people have smaller lips(unless you're Angelina Jolie or Kelly LeBrock). Black people have larger lips. We all know this to be true. It's genetics. It is a fact that black women overwhelmingly have more "gifts on the backside" than white women. It's just a DNA thing. As a lilly-white guy from Texas, I really never cared about the race of the woman as long as she had curves. Guess what folks, black women also tend to have more of those as well. Have any of you ever looked at a recent comic book or cartoon character that was female-ie: Wonder Woman, Cat Woman, Aeon Flux, or hell even the great Jessica Rabbit? These Women have amazingly curvy figures, including the majestic big butt. I'll tell you this, I've RARELY seen that body type on a white woman, but I see it on black women DAILY!! This is no coincidence. So you say that just as many white women are built this way. That's just not true. It's more of an oddity these days. It only seems that way because of the love of the "booty" fad that's sweeping the nation today. Alot of white women(including my own damn sister!) are starting to pay as much for their asses as they are their breast implants. The Ghetto booty is en-vogue now. first of all, let us not confuse the term "BIG" with "Voluptuous and Shapely". Any woman can have a "big butt" however if a woman has a voluptuous and curvey butt it means that it exceeds the ratio to her waist considerably..then we are talking aboout something quite different. A prime example of a voluptuous butt was the famous tehano singer SELENA "GOD rest her soul". She was the epitomy of a shapely voluptuous woman. So in closing..having a big butt that is wide and flat or having a big butt that fights with your tummy for supremacy does not count.

I must say, it's not only the sice but the shape, you can be black or white and have a big butt, but you'll find more than often that the African or African-American woman may have a larger rear end, but it will have a toned or natural shape to it as if it was small. The difference between just a big fat behind and a big butt is not too hard to miss when you see it. Beyonce, J-Lopez... (a nice big butt) an over weight, black or white girl you'll see down the street, ask yourself... If she lost weight, will her butt go away too, or will it be the same size and she'll now have an hour glass figure to it, with an exaggerated rear end? That's the difference... I know this was posted awhile ago, but I think that sometimes whites forget that blacks come from Africa. Africa is the largest continent and has billions of people there who are just like the blacks in America. We outnumber large butts all over the world. If you take a look at youtube videos, you will see that black women have butts that are shaped more round with a tiny waistline. The way that black women move their butts is one of a kind. But don't feel bad, white women have nice legs. You were blessed with lovely legs, while black women were blessed with ass and beautiful faces.

I think it's cultural. I remember being in school and most of the white girls that the brothers found attractive were the ones that the white guys would describe as fat. Most of those girls had complexes about their curves. They would wear sweaters tied around their waists or wear dark clothing trying desperately to mask what most black guys were attracted to. I also remember black girls taking pictures making sure their big butts, which they were proud of, were part of the picture. Most white girls flaunted their breasts more so than their hips. Now I see white women, mostly aged 30 and older, who are curvaceous and proud. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that women reach an age that they are no longer trying desperately to hide it or starve it off like some did in their teens and twenties. Curvaceous butts are sexy on most women. White women didn't seem to accept that until the J-Lo craze and fashion designers began to acknowledge the curvier frame.

I'm not sure, but it's true! There are plenty of white girls with big butts, my mom always said I had a ghetto booty. (not meant to be offensive, that's really what she called it.)It wasn't huge but it was definitely there. haha I've lost some of it though with all the weight I've been losing.

Black women don't necessarily have "big" butts but they are usually rounder and fuller. White gals, flatty or flatter butts. I have a high round butt and am white and the black guys always smile and say "got some of the sister in you." I've gotten more attention for my butt, even from women. Unwanted smacks galore!

It is unfortunate that, as with MOST stereotypes, the origins begin on that infamous "idiot box"!!! All too often, we are willing to accept what shows on the TV as "truth." It also doesn't help when the producers of these stereotype-starting programs select the A/A men to be drug-dealing, basketball playing, gang-banging, junkies, and the A/A women showing teardrop-shaped, "apple-bottomed", big-breasted, gold-digging "hoochies"!!! I love looking at butts and I can say that there are tons of white women with incredible asses, but big isn't everything, weather their black, white or anything in between it's the shape of the ass that makes it sexy. The length of the crack, the creases between the cheeks & the legs and if it shakes a little when she walks, know what I mean.

Are you serious? Its because black women DO have bigger bottoms than everyone else! White women don't compre in any way, SHAPE or form. Its just the honest truth when it comes to ROUNDER bottoms. Fatter white girls might have a wider, big butt too, but usually even very skinny black women have a round bottom poping out of their jeans. White women don't have that.
