I believe we have. Read the Mil-blog sites. People in the know, in country, on the ground, defending the front lines. They certainly think we have.

Who is we? Do not include me in such fantastic war. War on Comunism War on Drugs The Cold War War against AIDS All of them are just pure fantasy to generate money for the big cartels: international elite. My 2 cents.

Yes, but in any unconventional war, progess is measured in decades.

since the anthrax scare targeting democratic leaders in the united states senate, we haven't had a major successful terrorist attack against the united states! since we had 4,000 american deaths, the monthly casualties in iraq have gone down. casualties in afghanistan are increasing. world-wide terrorism seems to be at a slight decline. certainly the white house propaganda campaign has become more effective at using the threat of possible terrorist strikes to accomplish its purposes.
