Has anybody else decided not to have an Answerbag Friends List? If you have decided not to, what made you decide that?

Nah I just don't randomly add everyone I see or approve all of the requests I get. Only if I've "seen the person around" on AB quite a bit.

I've decided to have it, but as avallach mentioned, I wait until I've had some interaction with him/her, or at least check the profile and read some of the postings before I approve someone. I like having the friends list, so then I can easily keep track of questions and answers being posted by people whose opinion I've come to value as proven and reliable. I'm not saying I'm being unfriendly, just cautious about who I add. Which, so far, is just about everyone who has asked. All that to say: I don't want trolls on my friends list. ;-)

I never had any friends until someone asked me. I didn't even know it existed and I still don't think I know what it's used for.
