No she can't. I saw an episode of cops that had a similar situation.

If you moved in as Husband and Wife then unless you divorced it is assumed that you will live there together. If you, personally, receive mail at your HOME address there, then you are considered to be LIVING THERE. Especially if there has been some strange family matter that has caused her to SUDDENLY take this attitude, then I believe it would be called RETALIATORY EVICTION. Especially if she is saying that only YOU have to leave while your husband can stay. Retaliatory Eviction is ILLEGAL in most states that I am aware of. Personally, if you and your husband are fine and happy in your relationship, I can't imagine why she would try such a strange stunt, and even if you are NOT happy or are facing some personal challenges...IT'S NOT ANY OF HER BUSINESS...as long as the rent is paid in a timely manner according to the rental agreement, and you are not abusing the property or selling/growing drugs, or causing problems for other possible tenants who also live on the property. And where is your husband's spine being kept these days? I'd be looking to get the hell out and away from this nosy parker if I were BOTH of you! This woman is not right in her head...in my opinion!

The first thing you need to do is read the lease and make sure you understand everything in it. There are basic laws however each state can differ and each agreement further varies. Based on the limited information I would say "No", but there could be many factors that would allow her to evict you. A resource I would suggest to you is your local fair housing council. Of course, there is always a lawyer...
