  • Are you talking about life in general, or religiously? There's a difference there, although there's much similarity too. Acts commonly considered "evil" (not even going into the ambiguity of the word) reap short term benefits, while piling up long term problems. Often, the short term benefits are the most obvious, which are why people intentionally choose something they know is bad (e.g. robberies.) In terms of religion, I'm not as sure. Perhaps it has to do with getting certain believed "benefits" from Satanism. Or perhaps people worship Satan in order to show individuality, or maybe they've had bad experiences with Christianity in the past.
  • Do you even know what a Satanist is?
  • Satanism is not about evil, as far as I know.
  • oh well most of the people either choose the devil becasue they see more bad in the world than good, or they may have been somehow tricked into thinkning that the devil will help them in the afterlife. the devil is a liar.
  • There are so many things wrong with this single question that I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Firstly, Christian good/evil dualistic theology is not the same as "natural theology". What is up with this classification? Secondly, your capitalization is atrocious. Satanist is a proper noun; therefore, Satanist is capitalized. Thirdly, you cannot even bother to actually reproduce Twhupfold's actual user id when asking a question specifically calling him out. The disrespect is overwhelming. Next, there is nothing wrong with being a proud Satanist. The beliefs and ethics of Satanists are very good. In my opinion, they are vastly superior to those of Christianity, as Satanism explicitly forbids any form of rape or the harming of a little child. Further, LaVeyian Satanism has nothing to do with Satan, and especially not through the eyes/analysis/interpretation of Christians. Satanists believe the worship of anything, with the possible exception of the Self, is abhorrent. Most are Atheists. Additionally, I've noted more than one proud Satanist on this site. Finally, I've flagged this question as offensive, although I was hard pressed to chose between that and nonsense.
