  • I spend 1 1/2 minutes brushing my teeth. I do not floss, but I use mouthwash.
  • I prefer to brush my teeth for two minutes. I don't always do that though. I do floss...sometimes...and I rarely use mouthwash.
  • 2 minutes brushing, twice a day. I do use mouthwash but I floss every other day.
  • Yes I do and much more, I use an electric toothbrush for about five minutes each time. I chew gum which is I think the best thing for teeth it helps stop plaque build up by keeping saliva in the mouth. I floss and use mouthwash. I have never had a cavity and have a tooth fetish I think.
  • I swear it seems to take forever to brush my teeth. It takes about 3 minutes. Then on top of that I floss and rinse... So all together this is a 6 minute process. I've tried cutting that time a little but I just can't seem to finish brushing my teeth before 3 minutes. I think its where the obsessive compulsive thing comes in...
  • About 1 minute
  • I brush for about a minute. Too quick I know. No mouthwash. I started flossing nightly about a year ago. It took a long time to make it a habit. What finally worked was to have floss on the the coffee table and floss while watching TV. My boyfriend does that too now. We don't do this in front of company.
  • 20 minutes. I brush normally, I floss, I have dental picks, I have those motor type of brushes that are solely for people with braces (there's two different sets of "bristles" I have to use), and mouthwash.
  • I have a tooth fetish, I use mouthwash, then brush with a normal brush for about one minute, then brush with an electric brush for about 3/4 mins then mouthwash again. People say it is excessive but i have never had a cavity and i chew gum a lot to keep the saliva in the mouth which prevents the build up of plaque.
