  • Avocado - 4 g of protein Kiwi (1 cup) - 1.75 g Banana - 1 g Blackberries (1 cup)- 1 g Grapes (1 cup) - 1 g mango - 1g orange - 1g watermelon (1 slice) - 1g Tomato - 1 g Other fruits have some too - but the ones I saw had less than 1 g.
  • You could make a tuna juice.....considering that 1 can yields about 40 grams (16 grams per serving x 2.5) of protien...but I dont think it would taste all that great...;)
