No. Of course I wouldn't. And if I saw a 100,000 quid car with the keys in, I wouldn't climb in and drive it away. And If I saw your 100,000 quid house with the doors open I wouldn't move in. If something is *clearly* not your property, you don't take it, even if it looks easy to do so. Presumably it was obvious to the girl that some mistake had occurred and she had got money that belonged to someone else. She is as much a thief as if she had seen an open cash till and grabbed the money out of that,

Not sure how much quid is, but no, I would not. Even if it's someone else's mistake, I know that that money isn't mine and therefore I should not spend it. I'd rather not go to jail thanks.

I wouldn't spend it. It's obvious it's not mine so it must be a mistake....aka...NOT mine. Since I wouldn't even take money that isn't mine if I find it on the sidewalk, why should I be any different if it's in a bank account. It belongs to someone else. It's clearly theft if you spend it.
