It really depends on what you define as a "friend." China, Iraq, and Iran all depend on us to buy their goods and Oil. We all have a symbiotic economic relationship. Russia, too, is part of the global economy that we play a large part in, so even Putin has vested interest in the United States. I'm sure Pakistan isn't exactly our friend, nor is Afghanistan. Cuba, too, is still part of our economy and buys our goods. The world is so interconnected nowadays it's hard to say who's a "friend" and who's an "enemy."
