When I don't tell someone about it, I feel better about myself because it reaffirms that I did the good deed to be nice and not to put on a show for someone.
-
it depends on your inner feeling and may be on your true motivation behind deed
-
Yes , I guess so - I'm a giver and like to good things , and actually in most cases I never say anything Hello gtr + 5

That is a tough one because everyone loves to have a pat on the back for doing a good deed. But I guess you get more blessings if the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.

Guerrilla Goodness has a lot of appeal to me. That same giddiness you used to get as a child, playing practical jokes and then standing back and watching the result can come as an adult, doing good and then watching the joy it brings to others. People are intrigued by untraceable humanitarianism, and the fact that they know that someone did good for goodness' sake (and not for recognition) increases its value exponentially. When love is omnipresent and anonymous, its easier for my jaded nature to believe that the world still has a chance.

I don't necessarily call it a good deed if I had to call attention to myself for doing it. It kinda makes it look like you did it only for the recognition. So, I guess my answer would be "yes", if no one knows I was the one who did it. P.S. I'm not saying some good couldn't still come from it, but there should be no reward if you call attention to it yourself.

No. I derive the same amt whether I tell or I remain anonymous.
-
I feel better when I say nothing and walk away with just the two of us knowing. (If the other is even aware of it doesn't matter)
-
It's not truthfully a good deed if you have to brag about it.
-
I think so...it fills me with a type of joy and just tickles my fancy! It's a happy secret!
-
i think so since the bible does say not to let your left hand know what your right hand is doing
