  • A lot depends on why you are taking the enema. Do you want to just clean out or is it part of a scene where punishment is the issue. I've used water alone or added some soap (Ivory or castille) to help the process along. There are a couple of web sites that have formulae for enemas. Try http://www.sexuality.org and do a search for enema for more info.

  • Mild enemas: luke water (a bit over room temperatue or better yet, 98 degrees, same as your rectal temperatue) Medium enemas: you can start adding castille soap, regular body/face soap, liquid soap, shampoo. Will go from mild to really strong depending on the porcentages added to the water , for example 1 part of liquid soap by 9 parts of water. Chamomile (aprox. 6 tea bags), Coffee (brewing not instant), "Fleet enema", Epson salt Strong enemas: only for really experienced, will give you hard cramps, use glycerin, pure liquid soap or 100%shampoo, I found that the strongest shampoo enemas are the anti-dandruff shampoos that containe pyrithione zinc, like Head & Shoulders or similar local brands. milk and molasses, milk and honey,
