yes there is an avatar with a blue background and a red bag. when im reading a question and can see the avatar out the corner of my eye it reminds me of a shark. everytime until i look at it properly.

Yes! I feel kinda stupid, but when I first looked at the default answerbag avatar I thought it was a guy in a zoro like cape with a cowboy style hat on. Imagine how stupid I felt when I realized it was a bag >_>

Galeandas reminds me of a womans face turned sideways wearing sunglasses with the pool in the background, I was shocked when it was actually her cat in front of her tv. In my eyes all I see is the lady in the pool. I guess I just have water on the brain, I am just a brook after all.
