  • I think so. It would take a lot of disapline, depending on how high strung you are. Meditation or yoga might also help give you an inner sense of calm. Good Question.

  • Yes, I think so. We can become anything we choose to. You "learned" how to be anxious, didn't you? Then find out why/how you "learned" this bad behavior and try to turn yourself around from there. Patience and kindness with yourself, (as you would be with any friend), is the key.
  • I believe it is. I don't sweat the small stuff, and it's ALL small stuff in the overall scheme of things. Relax. Don't take life so seriously. None of us are going to make it out of it alive. An old Italian proverb says "At the end of the game the pawn and the king go back in the same box." :)
