beef ribs. while I eat more than meat, I have found that my muscles have been trained for chewing beef (taste aside, salad is so hard for me to eat because of how I chew) I would not want to waste prime rim on bite and swallow but beef ribs are tough enough that while in a competition I would still enjoy the taste.
