Yeah, for the most part. I would like to start cooking for myself a lot more often, though.

I struggle a lot, because I used to be so tiny (I am only 5'2) and I gained a little bit of weight, so now my whole world revolves around it and that SUCKS. I totally notice when I eat unhealthy- I feel so slow, lazy, tired, ect.

I know my belly is starting to pay the price for my enjoyment of beer. My eating habits are very good though. One thing I thoroughly enjoy doing is preparing my own meals and nutrition, quality of ingredients and variety all play key roles in that regard.

Thank goodness I quit drinking , though now my eating habits are horrible + 5
-
Yeah, sure.

Mostly... I drink hardly anything that’s not heavily caffeinated or alcoholic and rarely eat outside the tinned soup and jam sandwiches range... unless someone else is cooking... in which case I’m not fussy :)

im naturally diet. uhmm. "intelligent"? or whatever you'd call a person who looks and knows what the ingredients are and what they do. so i guess i am comfortable with my eating. but my drinking. pfft. i DONT DRINK WATER. i find alternatives. right now im drinking c2 as water. (c2 is healthy, but still not a healthy alternative for water.)
-
not really. i eat a small amount and drink lots of water and i still usually feel like a cow!
-
Yup. I eat healthy 90% of the time, and rarely drink anything but water.
-
Not at all. It sucks. I really wish I could cook all my own small organic meals, but junk is so tempting. :(
-
yup. If it looks tasty, eat it. If I'm thirsty or it looks refreshing, down the hatch.
-
Lately my eating habits have been a little crazy...I've been doing some extra night shifts and I swear it's making me fat. I gained 5 pounds this last month. It's time to up my workouts :(
-
No. I usually eat to survive, but the food isn't usually healthy. I eat to stop the pain.
-
Drinking yes, I drink a ton of water and little else. But eating!? I need help! i eat anything I see and I get get a grip on self controll!
-
Yes, for the most part.
-
Pretty much. I could probably stand to eat a little more fruit than I presently do, but otherwise I'm happy with my choices. All things in moderation.
-
I'm comfortable enough, though I'm aware that my eating habits are far from healthy. :/
-
Comfortable, happy, and healthy ^_^ I only drink water, tea, coffee in the mornings, and sometimes low-pasteruized milk; and eat absolutely no processed foods, or anything with funky additives like HFCS or any preservatives. I make most of my food myself, and a good portion of my fruit/veggies are homegrown. In fact, I'm making some pumpkin soup tonight with a pumpkin that my mom grew in her own garden <3

Most definetly not I need to drink more water, less coffe...

I'm comfortable with my eating habits, not so comfortable with my drinking habits--I could definitely drink more water. I'm vegetarian, much of what I eat comes out of a can or is frozen (fresh isn't friendly to the budget). I'm told I don't get the nutrients I need, but I'm doing well, and have been since I started January. I do think I let myself get dehydrated much more often than I should. I should probably be drinking three times as many cups of water as I do now.
