Depends on time constraints, I do open answerbag while on the "Throne" sometimes, since reading the newspaper has fallen out of fashion. 1) So I can oversee the whole question if in a rush. May spot it later and add to answer. 2) I may find it appropriate to only answer part of the question. 3) I answer the whole if it. Overall, it depends on how much interest I have in the topic matter.
