  • I don't like eating liver, but I do like onions 🧅 prepared in various ways.
  • I used to like it, but I lost my taste for it. An old Italian woman prepared it really well. She'd dredge it in seasoned flour, then sear both sides put the onions into the pan and cook for a minute or so, then add in some water and a little red wine vinegar and cover the pan and finish it. It was always good. 5/15/25
