Yes they should. A common language is a uniting factor in a country. A working knowledge of English should be required. IMHO. 1/19/24

Let's say: all children "of school age" (high school or lower) should be required to learn English. *** Of course it would be advantageous for all adults in the U.S. to learn English, but that should not be mandated. Adults should be free to choose. But it's a disservice to children to not teach them English. That should be required.
