  • That is a very impressive weight loss! Congratulations! If weight was a contributing factor to your sleep apnea, then it's very likely (although not at all guaranteed) that weight loss can lead to cessation of sleep apnea.

  • Yes, big congratulations on the weight loss!! And I agree with the others here that losing weight helps, but the only way to know for sure is to get another sleep study done to see how many times it still happens. They will know how many times is allowable. Don't let that weight creep back!
