If the lady looks after her feet and they are clean, then yes. I like my girlfriends feet they are attractive as her legs, bottom, breasts etc..
Why? Because its a part of the body which can look and feel so feminine... slender toes with high arches, soft i.e. not at all masculine.
My girlfriend thinks the idea of me finding her feet sexy a bit novel to say the least. But she lets me entertain myself!

Attractive is a relative term since beauty is in the beholder's eyes. Some women I know have pretty feet in my opinion but others make me turn to another side. Some women seem to aware of the uglyness of their feet and always have them covered while others doesn't seem to care and they expose cracks, callouses, bunions, nail fungus or twisted toes. All of this daugh, may be a turn on for some guys or women. One thing I noticed is that some shoes help to make feet look sexier or more attractive. But this is also a matter of who is liiking. Flip flop, for example are getting more and more popular during summer days and their designs are beging for attention. It could be that most women who wear this kind of shoes also want to attract attencion but I see nothing wrong with that. If theirs are pretty feet I will look at them if not I just turn to the other side.

Actually no. Personally I think women have horrible hygiene in general. Atleast 90% of the girls I know have issues with it. Plus for me most womens feet have been mangled from wearing certain shoes.

celeste: For hating you feet, you certainly do a lot for them! I love nicely-polished toenails, preferably matching w/fingernails; there are a lot of women who _do_ take care of their toenails, but a lot who also do NOT (which is sometimes gross, sometimes ugly, but somewhat bizarre when so much footwear is open-toed). However, the addition of toe rings adds a really sexy edge--I applaud you! I'd love to see some pics of your feet in & out of shoes...strappy sandals, platforms...mmm!
