Okay i hope that kids dont read this but they asked so i am going to tell you. This can work for a guy or girl and you will see why. For the male you make it so that his manhood is stronger than ever more like a trick. Then once this is accomplished you take a thin glass rod and put it down the head something about 10 inches would work . Once you have it in take a metal hammer and hit it like you would a nail the glass rod should splinter making it the most painful thing in the world. So if you are old enough you should know that the same thing would able for a female. Sorry if this offends some people.

Step 1: Put a rat in a metal bowl. Step 2: Tether the bowl to someone's stomach using a thick leather belt or other sturdy method. (Make sure to restrain the victim's arms and legs first, too.) Eventually, the rat will decide that it wants to get out. Unfortunately, it's hard to chew through metal... easy to chew through flesh...

Having a metal band a half inch wide that is placed just over your eyes and around the back of your head. The device slowly tightens until the pressure is so tremendous that your skull actually gets a crack in it. The band is tightened more so that your skull actually breaks into jagged pieces and opens so as that your brain is exposed. The best thing about this is to watch the persons eyes as the band gets very tight, sometimes the eyeballs just pop out.

There is one type of torture that destroys a person from the inside over a long period of time. The head of a village would proclaim an offender as untouchable and give them a mark to tell all that came in contact with them. The law of the village would state that no one could talk to, acknowledge, or help this person in any way. They would have to live their life with their friends and family acting as if you were a figment of their imagination.
Being untouchable is to be dead in the eyes of all those around you. It is to be totally alone.

When in the Vietnam War crimes museum in Ho Chi Minh, I saw that a method of torture was by forcing a metal nail through your fingers first through the finger tips. However, many will argue that the Chinese Toruture by placing a glass bottle inside the butt and inserting in a stick to break it. I think the fingers is more painful...

During the Inquisition there were several forms of tortures invented to inflict the most horrific pain on the poor victim without killing them. The worst of these were used upon those who were accused of witchcraft.
Here is one of the worst forms of torture used that I've heard of... besides the use of red hot pinchers to remove flesh and red hot irons that were inserted into vaginas and rectums.
A device named the turcas was used to tear out fingernails. After the nails were ripped out needles were shoved into the quicks. Thumbscrews were then used to crush the fingers and toes. Then their hands were immersed into pots of boiling oil and water.

Victim must be healthy and in good condition to start with torturing. In the morning, when the victim is not tired anymore (help with some long-lasting caffeine medicine or so to make them hyper), show them a deep grave with stone walls. Put them in there in a small coffin, tie the hands and legs together so that moving or switching position is impossible. Leave a small hole that indirectly goes to the surface so that the victim can breathe. Close the coffin and bury them alive.
Secretly measure their heart rate and stuff. Before they fall asleep or die or whatever happens (should be a long time, maybe 20 hours or longer idk), open the grave and release them.
Tell them round 2 begins and start torting the victim with other methods mentioned by others already. Stone case on the stomach with rat inside is pretty cruel, so it eats its way out through the intestines. Glass needles in the rectum and genitals and shattering them too. Forcing the eyes open and slowly put needles in it and acid. Everything together so that the victim dies when pain is maximized.
