  • Minerva Schools pedagogical model is proprietary, so you won't see any other college doing anything similar to what they do. Minerva also only accepts less than 3% of applicants, so unless you have something that sets you apart from 35 other people with your interest level in the school, you can forget about it anyway. But you have to ask yourself about your career goals. Film school doesn't yield a meal ticket at the end of the program, so unless you are already financially independent, it's a terrible idea. If you take out loans, you will just end up hopelessly in debt with no skills set that translates to any income. On the other hand, if you are already wealthy, then film school can be a great move to learn tricks that can translate further monetary investment into growth.
