• Yes, both. But I have been able to set limits and even abstain for periods of time. I think it's good to invest in developing self control.

      Most things are! I guess that's why its sometimes called 'exercising' self control. You can do it though if it's really important to you. Just start with a small break then increase slowly. You do break already for sleeping and other necessities. You can do it!
  • For the better. As a child I was given a 35mm camera as a gift, it became an "addiction" of sorts and later turned into a money-making business for the last 20 years, both in video production and photography. I have met many interesting people over time, both celebrity and non-celebrity.
