How should I talk to her?
Hey so I am having trouble talking to this girl, I really could use some help. We both go to the gym and I d consider myself in pretty good shape. Single digit body fat and benching and squatting around 315lbs. So I m pretty confident in myself when approaching girls. But this girl is just so beautiful that all of my confidence goes away when I see her, making it hard to spark a conversation. Plus I am at the gym and we are wearing ear buds. We have talked before but months ago at the gym briefly about an exercise. Anyway we follow each other on Instagram and have consecutively liked each other s last 5 posts. I feel like I should make a move but not sure how to go about it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think if I were a man I would just ask her out. You can wait until after workout or go up to her and point to your ear bud so she will take them off. Invite her out for coffee or something neutral. We expect men will do that. Don't even consider how you look except just being clean and good grooming - we don't like men to be vain about their appearance. We like to laugh and forget about ourselves so humor is a good approach - can be something just completely off the wall though nothing weird. Another was is to notice something that is exclusive to her because we like when you are single out us for who we are. You could talk about your posts on Instagram. Good luck!
