I'm struggling to understand what this question is actually asking... are you asking why the "preaching" is falling on deaf ears? If so, then you are probably better qualified to answer that yourself than the "preachers" are, since you own a pair of the aforementioned "deaf ears". You also seem to be implying that they can not do multiple tasks and have to be praying for salvation 24/7, which is clearly nonsensical because they have to eat, go to work, take a whizz and so on just like everyone else and can not spend all the time praying, so to base a question around this assumption that they can not spend a few minutes where they don't pray seems particularly absurd. So I'm afraid I don't really see any real question here without assuming that you are a moron, which I am trying not to do. I think you are just trying to call people out and start a flame war, which is really not a very productive thing to be doing on here. Besides, you really ought to be praying for eternal salvation instead.
